About Our North Wales Tattoo Studio

Hi, I'm Kaitlin.

I am the founder and artist behind Tattooine Inks, a space where artistry meets empathy and storytelling. With a background in Illustration from Arcadia University, she approaches tattooing like drawing on living paper: every line intentional, every design deeply personal. Her work blends symbolism, mythology, and emotion, transforming tattoos into visual extensions of identity and care. Guided by compassion and a love for detail, Kaitlin creates an environment where clients feel seen, safe, and celebrated. For her, tattooing isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s about connection, healing, and the power of art that lives and breathes with you.

Inked: An Artistry Story

I see tattooing as its own kind of language, written through lines, symbols, and skin. Every mark holds a story, a memory, and a moment of transformation. My work explores how tattoos can turn the body into a living archive of identity, emotion, and care. With a background in illustration, my practice connects fine art to human experience. Every tattoo begins with empathy: listening, sketching, and translating a client’s story into something they can carry with them. I take inspiration from the shared symbols that remind us who we are and who we might become. My goal is to create art that feels both deeply personal and universally resonant, balancing precision with softness. In each design, I want to show that tattooing is more than decoration; it’s an act of being seen, of healing, and of reclaiming one’s story.
